How to earn the CCSP & GCDF Credentials?

Complete the 120-hr FCD program developed by the National Career Development Association (NCDA, US) to equip professionals with career competencies to serve the workforce in career development. NCDA is the recognized leader and premier institution in developing standards for the career development profession since 1913.

Our blended FCD program is designed to suit the busy schedules of working professionals. It includes project work, practicum, self-study and LIVE “face-to-face” workshops, be it online or offline.

The best part? You only need to invest 6 days over 3 months, thus ensuring your productivity and visibility at work will not suffer.

To earn your certification, you need to complete 3 levels of training competently:

Level 1: Career Facilitation Skills (2 days)

Level 2: Delivering Career Services Effectively (2 days)

Level 3A: Online Practice (1/2 day)

Level 3B: Assessment for FCD Certification (1 day)

Program applicants should have a recognised Degree and preferably 8 years’ progressive work experience.
