Fact #1:

Over 1,000 career practitioners in Singapore have been certified through the Career Development Facilitator (CDF, NCDA, US), Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling (SDCC, Republic Polytechnic) and various versions of the Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF, IAL/WSG) programmes. 

Fact #2:

Out of 1,000+ practitioners, only 100 (about 10%) have earned & maintained their US GCDF Credential, the Gold Standard in Career Development Facilitation awarded by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE, US). Currently, both the SDCC and ACCDF are not recognised by the NCDA for credentialing purpose.

Out of 100 US GCDFs, over 80% are trained by Han Kok Kwang, Founder of Personal Mastery Resources.
